Over
23 years of age
Daniel Galmiche is going to judge the competition and offer
a 5 day stage for the over 23 category. Daniel has strong links
with Bristol, while he worked in Harvey’s Restaurant in
Denmark Street he held the city’s only Michelin Star.
Under
23 years of age
Martin Burge was a student at The City of Bristol College so
we’re thrilled to have him back as a judge for Chef v
Chef, he is also offering a 5 day stage for the under 23 category
winner.
Richard
Guest is currently the Head Chef at The Castle Hotel in Taunton.
The Michelin Star restaurant is regarded as one of the 20 top
eating-houses in the country. He is in the process of writing
a book about West Country food, which is planned to be published
in 2007.
