Martin Burge was a student at the City of Bristol College and
has gone on to achieve 2 Michelin Stars and was named as the
2009 Chef of the year by the Independent Food and Drink Awards!
He is offering a 5 day stage for the over 23's category.
Under
23 years of age
Daniel Galmiche is offering a 5 day stage at this 2 Michelin
starred establishment. Daniel has strong links with Bristol,
whilst Head Chef at Harvey's in Denmark Street he held the city's
only Michelin star and has since gone on to television fame
as well as Executive chef at the Vineyard.
Simon
Hulstone will also be returning to Bristol for this competiton
having started the early part of his career in the city. He
was the Knorr National Chef of the Year 2008 and the GB representative
in 2009 at the Bocuse D'or Championships ( Deemed by may as
The World Culinary Olympic's) achieving the highest ever score
and placement for Great Britain. He is now the Chef Proprietor
of his own Michelin starred establishment in Torquay.
